This refund policy applies only to our subscription fees for digital services. For payment refunds (customer to merchant), please contact the respective payment gateway.

2. Service Nature
We provide payment verification services. Our service fees are for:
- Digital service access
- Payment verification tools
- Dashboard and analytics
- Technical support
Eligible for Refund
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Service Downtime: If our service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours
- Technical Issues: If you're unable to access our service due to technical issues on our end
- Duplicate Payment: If you've been charged twice for the same service
- Cancellation During Trial: If you cancel during the trial period
Not Eligible for Refund
No refunds will be issued for:
- Change of mind after service activation
- Failure to understand how the service works
- Issues with third-party payment gateways
- Customer-merchant payment disputes
- Violation of terms leading to service suspension
3. Refund Process

4. Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within:
- Initial Review: 1-2 business days
- Approval: 1-3 business days after approval
- Processing: 5-10 business days for bank transfers
- Credit Card Refunds: 7-14 business days (depends on bank)
5. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may issue partial refunds:
- If service was partially used during the billing cycle
- For prorated amounts when downgrading plans
- For service issues affecting partial functionality
6. Third-Party Payment Refunds
Important: We do not handle customer-to-merchant payment refunds. For refunds of payments made to merchants:
- Contact the merchant directly
- Use the payment gateway's dispute mechanism
- Contact your bank for chargebacks
7. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- No prorated refunds for early cancellation (unless covered under eligible reasons)
- You will retain access until the end of the paid period
8. Free Trial
If you're on a free trial:
- Cancel before trial ends to avoid charges
- No refunds if you forget to cancel
- Trial period is clearly indicated during signup
9. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first:
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- Additional fees may apply
- Future service may be denied
