We provide digital services only. We do not collect or process payments. All payments are made directly to the merchant via third-party payment gateways like Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, and other UPI services.

We only verify whether payments have been received by merchants. We are not a payment gateway or financial institution.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using INR PORTAL ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

INR PORTAL provides:

  • Digital payment verification services
  • Payment status monitoring
  • Transaction verification tools
  • Merchant dashboard and analytics

Payment Processing Disclaimer

WE DO NOT:

  • Process or collect payments
  • Handle customer funds
  • Store payment credentials
  • Act as a payment gateway

All payments are processed directly by third-party payment gateways (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.). We only verify payment status.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Service Limitations

Our service only verifies payment status. We are not responsible for:

  • Failed payments at the gateway level
  • Disputes between customers and merchants
  • Chargebacks or refunds (handled by payment gateways)
  • Technical issues with payment gateways

5. Fees and Payments

We charge a subscription fee for our verification services. This fee is for the digital service we provide and does not include any payment processing fees, which are charged separately by the payment gateways.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to hack or compromise our systems
  • Use automated systems to access our service
  • Resell or redistribute our service without permission
  • Misrepresent your business or services

7. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with third-party payment gateways. Your use of these services is subject to their terms and conditions:

  • Paytm Terms of Service
  • PhonePe Terms and Conditions
  • Google Pay Terms of Service
  • Other UPI gateway terms

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

  • 100% accuracy in payment verification
  • Uninterrupted service availability
  • Compatibility with all payment gateways

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INR PORTAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INR PORTAL and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
